    Comprehensive Management Across Legal, Financial, and Logistical Pillars. We provide end-to-end management of the entire surrogacy process. This includes vetting and coordination of legal counsel, managing secure financial disbursement, and providing unwavering oversight to ensure all elements of the carrier's journey align perfectly with your family-building timeline.

  • Egg Donation Program

    Strategic Donor Matching and Seamless Cycle Navigating. We eliminate logistical complexity by strategically matching you with high-quality donors and meticulously coordinating the donor's cycle with your recipient plan. We manage all timelines, legal hand-offs, and administrative details to achieve flawless, stress-free execution.

  • Sperm Donation Program

    We advise on the meticulous selection of FROZEN donor sperm from vetted, reputable banks and manage the secure acquisition, handling, and delivery of the tissue. We also offer FRESH donor sperm program which provides expert guidance on donor qualification and legal compliance, and we orchestrate the precise, real-time coordination of the donor's sample collection.

Expectations:

  • Understanding this complex process is the first phase as you begin. A detailed consultation is provided to you by our team of experts to ensure you are educated and have the resources to move forward.

  • Such an exciting phase in the journey! Intended Parents will work closely with their case manager to discuss unique matching criteria and their expectations for their match relationship. Profiles are reviewed first and then a video conference meet to get to know your potential person.

    We constantly recruit excellent fully screened Egg donor and Surrogates to help make your matching time among the shortest in the industry…

  • We will not only work with our established partnering IVF clinics in the U.S. We are also happy to work with your chosen clinic to ensure success. The clinics and doctor’s offices that we are affiliated with are registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and follow all FDA screening protocols for surrogate and donor arrangements.

  • As an agency experienced in International Surrogacy arrangements, Gifted Conceptions will assist our international clients with the many issues that Intended Parents from other countries will face. We have the expertise for you to be able to take your baby safely back to your country. We offer translation services in nearly every language to our international clients, and we can arrange a translator be available for your consultation call.

  • Medical Screening is performed by your chosen fertility clinic to ensure the Surrogate and Egg Donor meets the medical requirements and is cleared by your physician. Once cleared, you will be able to enter the legal phase.

  • You will complete the Gestational Surrogacy Agreement or Egg Donation Agreement with your designated attorney. You will be able to review and add terms recommended by your attorney & which are also fits your needs. Your surrogate or egg donor will undergo their process of contract review with another independent attorney. Legal clearance is obtained only when both parties agree on the terms and sign the same contract.

  • We will follow up with your established IVF clinic to get tentative treatment options / plans, a timeline of when to expect embryos, results, transfer, pregnancy monitoring, OB office appointments etc will then get planned on the calendar.
