  • Full reimbursement for all airfare, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and a daily meal per diem for travel to the fertility clinic (screening, transfer, etc.).

  • Reimbursement at the federal rate for all mileage driven to local appointments (OB, bloodwork, ultrasounds, etc.), plus any parking fees.

  • Reimbursement for any actual wages lost due to mandatory attendance at appointments, procedures (like the transfer), or physician-ordered bed rest.

  • Reimbursement for a partner/support person’s lost wages when they must accompany the surrogate to major appointments or during delivery.

  • Coverage for childcare and/or pet boarding required while the surrogate is traveling for appointments, undergoing the transfer, or on doctor-ordered bed rest.

  • Reimbursement for professional housekeeping services if required by a physician for bed rest or during the immediate post-delivery recovery period.

  • If the parties agree to pump, the intended parents cover the cost of the pump, supplies, and all shipping fees (separate from any pumping fee).
